I have to reboot my machine a couple of times before it recognises core audio in iTunes. It's not as if it didn't work in the last version, it did? I'm not suggesting supporting a product you don't make, all it takes is to have the usual suspects installed on a PT testbed, you then test if they boot or not. It's fundamental stuff.ĭoes Digi not test 3rd party programs at all. It's not like it's a tiny bug in PT somewhere that doesn't allow you to do a very specific thing whilst in a particular view. Isn't this kind of thing meant to be ironed out before you release it? I can't use any stand alone apps, but rest assured that Digi are looking into a fix, which is great, but what happened to R+D!? I upgraded, before i did so i read all the bumf.
I think this is only the case of you have PT installed, as the core audio driver is in the update. My 8.0.1 stand alone drivers worked with reason and logic.However, the stand alone drivers are stuffed in 8.0.3.
